This policy explains what Caviam Growth collects when you use the free Local Visibility Audit, send us an inquiry, book a consult, or become a paying client — why we collect it, and the choices you have. Caviam Growth is an owner-operated business serving the DC, Maryland & Virginia area.

What we collect

• The website address you enter for a snapshot.
• The email address you provide to receive your audit.
• Your website snapshot result (the 0–100 score and the surface signals we checked).
• Details you share when you contact us or book a consult — such as your name, email, phone, business, and website.
• Payment details if you become a client — handled by our payment processor (see below); we don't store full card numbers ourselves.
• Your IP address, processed transiently to rate-limit requests and protect the service from abuse. It is not retained with your lead record.

Why we use it

• To prepare and send you the Local Visibility Audit you requested, and to follow up about it.
• To respond to inquiries and schedule consults you request.
• To process payments and manage billing if you become a client.
• To protect the service from spam and abuse (bot verification, rate limits).
• To measure how the tool is used in aggregate (e.g., how many snapshots convert to audit requests).

How long we keep it

• Grader leads and audit records: kept for about 12 months from your submission, then deleted during routine cleanup.
• Anonymous usage measurements: about 90 days.
• Rate-limit and abuse-protection records: about 1 hour.
• Consult bookings and billing records: we retain the information we receive as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (consult booking — it processes the booking details you enter when you schedule a call), and Stripe (payments — it processes your payment details if you become a client). They process data only to provide these services.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your unsubscribe request so we don't contact you again.
• Request access or deletion — email us and we'll remove your information.
